broccoli
onion
garlic
3 tsp. soja sauce
1 tsp. rice vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
MSG
chilli
flour

How to:

Cut the broccoli into bite-sized pieces and chop the onions into strips. Dice the garlic finely.

Fry the vegetables with a little oil. Shortly after, add some water to blanch.

After 5 minutes, add a mixture of soy sauce, vinegar and sugar.

Fry until the sauce thickens. If the sauce is too watery, add a sip of water with a teaspoon of flour.

Season with salt, pepper, MSG and chopped chillies.

Serve over rice.

Tips:

One broccoli (ca. 500g) should be enugh for two people. Don't make too much, because this dish is only delicious when it comes out of the pan hot.

Don't overcook the broccoli. You want it to be a little bit crunchy.
