Fried Rice

Fried rice is a cheap, healthy evergreen. You can use everything you have in the fridge and it always tastes good.
PS: Buy a rice cooker. It will CHANGE your life!

ca. 250g Rice
onion
scallions
garlic
egg
carrots
cabbage
chillies
3 tsp. soja sauce
1 tsp. dark vinegar
1 tsp. sugar
MSG

How to:

Mix a sauce of 3/5 soy sauce, 1/5 vinegar and 1/5 sugar until the sugar has dissolved.

Briefly sauté the onions, garlic, carrots and cabbage. Then add the rice. Rice from the previous day is best.

Fry the rice with the vegetables until the rice is lightly browned. Now add the pre-mixed sauce.

Mix well and fry until the sugar in the sauce starts to caramelise.

Season to taste with salt, pepper and MSG. Serve hot with finely chopped chillies and scallions.

Tips:

Sriacha or other chilli sauces are perfect for adding seasoning on the plate. And you don't have to use exactly the vegetables that are used in this example.

Basically, any vegetable is suitable as an ingredient for fried rice. However, onions and garlic should always be used.
